The Maybach pattern repeats on the engine hood via an elaborate process of printing and paintwork. The pattern is precisely printed in subtly contrasting nonmetallic grey over the Obsidian Black metallic hood paint, then finished with a clear topcoat. The design element also complements the pattern on the soft top.

As a further complement to any of the MANUFAKTUR Exclusive paint colors, the hood can be painted to match the rest of the bodywork.
