Getting started
How does Miami Auto Co work? Tell us the make, model, and features you want. We search our network, negotiate the best price, and send you the final deal to review online. Once you approve, we deliver the car to your home or office.
How is this different from going to a dealership? At a dealership, the salesperson works for the dealer. With us, your concierge works for you. We're not tied to any single brand or lot, so we can shop the entire market for your best price — and you never set foot on a lot.
What states do you serve? All 50 states. We arrange secure, enclosed transport anywhere in the USA.
Pricing & fees
Do you charge a fee? No our pricing is transparent and disclosed upfront before you commit to anything. We'll walk you through every line of the deal so there are no surprises.
Will I get a better price than the dealership? Yes. Because we shop multiple sources and know where real savings live, our clients pay less than if they negotiated themselves. We also don't push unnecessary add-ons.
The car
Can I lease any make and model? Almost any new vehicle available in the U.S. market. Popular brands include BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Porsche, Tesla, Toyota, Honda, Ford, and more. If you can dream it, we can likely source it.
Can I test drive before committing? Yes. We'll help arrange a local test drive — without any obligation to buy there.
Do you do purchases too, or only leases? We specialize in leasing, but we also handle finance purchases and trade-ins. Ask your concierge.
Delivery & paperwork
How long does it take? Most deliveries happen within 1–5 days from contract signing, depending on vehicle availability and your location.
How is the paperwork signed? 100% online. E-signature, secure document upload, all from your phone or laptop.
What about my trade-in? We'll give you a competitive offer on your current vehicle and pick it up when we drop off your new one.
Credit & insurance
What credit score do I need? Most approvals require a 650+ credit score, but we work with multiple lenders and can often help clients with much lower scores find a path forward.
Do I need insurance before delivery? Yes. Your new car needs to be insured before we can release it. We can refer you to trusted partners if you need help.
